Doireann Garrihy has shared sweet snaps of the romantic picnic date she and her boyfriend Paddy enjoyed this weekend.
Taking to the Wicklow Mountains, Doireann and Paddy got creative with their date ideas, setting up a sweet picnic for two at the perfect spot, with stunning views all around them. Setting down a blanket, the tucked into a cheese board, along with some wine – which is well deserved after hiking to the location.
The two weren’t exactly alone however, as they were joined by their dog Bertie, who seemed happy to pose for some pictures alongside Doireann.
Sharing some pictures from the day, Doireann wrote:
“A Sunday well spent and all that 🧀🌲🍇🍃☀️”
Doireann and Paddy celebrated their one year anniversary back in June of this year. The two also made the decision to move in together earlier in the year, with the current pandemic causing the relationship to move a little faster than they expected.
Speaking with STELLAR Magazine for their July issue, Doireann explained how she and Paddy made the decision to move in together, left with little choice following the lockdown restrictions.
“The night that Leo said this is it, this is lockdown, (Paddy)was over with me and we had had a glass of wine, so I was like, ‘Well, you can’t go anywhere now’.”
“It was due to be just me [living here] for a few months and then all going well, maybe he’d move in, but we’ve been thrust into it now and it’s been a great learning experience.”

Shortly after moving in the couple became parents, to a fury baby, with Paddy surprising Doireann with a puppy, named Bertie for her birthday back in May.
