The Script frontman Danny O’Donoghue has silenced rumours that he’s pursuing a solo career, after speculation that he may have been leaving the band began circulating recently.
Dublin born singer Danny, took to Twitter yesterday to confirm that the band are not going their separate ways, taking a slight dig at One Direction in the process.
On the social network Danny wrote, “Solos? We’re not in One Direction, is being a world class drummer not enough for yez.”
One Direction are currently on hiatus, and some of the members are in the process of going solo- but not The Script.
The group have been active on social media over the last few months, keeping their fans in the loop about the new music they’re making.
Just last weekend they tweeted a pic of themselves in the studio with the caption, “Writing session today…any guesses what we’re writing about? #ScriptStudio.”
Well that confirms it folks, The Script aren’t going anywhere. Phew!
