Last night’s episode of Love Island saw Maura Higgins and Curtis Pritchard turn things up a notch, as they made their budding romance official.
After both Maura and new girl Francesca expressed an interest in him, Curtis finally made his decision on who he wants to crack on with.
Heading to the terrace for a chat, an impatient Maura asked him if he’d figured out who he wants to be with – and much to her delight, Curtis said Maura was the woman for him.
He said: “You look gorgeous all the time and there are so many reasons why I would like to move things forward with you.”
Continuing to woo her, he added, “You’re so clever, you’re so mature, and I think you’re gorgeous.”
Before long, the pair sealed their new-found romance with a passionate kiss.
A giddy Maura later told the beach hut that she is ‘finally feels happy’.
