Now, this is something we can get behind!
James Bond legend Pierce Brosnan has admitted he would be “interested” in reprising the role of 007.
However, don’t get too excited folks, as despite expressing his love for the part he still has his doubts.
The 71-year-old actor portrayed 007 in four movies between 1995 and 2002 and while he’s tempted to reprise the role as the famous spy, he conceded that it would be better for “fresh blood” to lead the franchise in a new era under Amazon’s control.

Speaking to GQ, Pierce said: “Of course, how could I not be interested?
“But it’s a delicate situation now. I think it’s best to let sleeping dogs lie, really. I think so,” he added.
“I think that it’s best left to another man, really.
“Fresh blood.”

James Bond hasn’t graced our screens since 2021’s No Time To Die, where the iconic spy met his demise — only for an on-screen credit to promise his eventual return.
Daniel Craig’s replacement has yet to be revealed, and with a shift in creative control, the process could face further delays.
Call us biased, but we can totally see it.
