Colin Farrell is currently in talks about starring in Disney’s latest live-action remake, Dumbo.
Dumbo was first released in 1941 and is now set to join the success of other classic Disney adaptations such as Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Maleficent and The Jungle Book.
The beloved children’s film tells the tale of the adorable big-eared elephant called Dumbo, and how he learns to fly.
According to The Wrap, if Colin is successful in securing the role he will play the part of Holt, the widowed father of two children in Kentucky.
Tim Burton has already been confirmed as director of the remake, and actors Danny DeVito and Eva Green are also on board.
