Colin Farrell has been singing the praises of young Irish actor Barry Keoghan.
The Dublin born Hollywood legend was speaking at the annual Oscar Wilde awards in LA, where he was Presenting Barry an award for his role in Oscar nominated film, Dunkirk.
“It’s really incredible what he has achieved in a few years,” Colin said, according to independent.ie.
“Anyone who knows Barry can testify to the fact that he has gone through a certain amount of experience in his own personal life.
“He has experienced a certain amount of desolation in his personal life, in his past, things that I would find in my contemplation of such loss, completely insurmountable.”
The two Irish actors starred together in the critically acclaimed ‘The Killing of a Sacred Deer’ and will no doubt work together again in the future.
