Kathryn Thomas has shared the first glimpse of her wedding ring, after marrying Padraig McLoughlin.
The happy couple wed during a humanist ceremony in Kilkea Castle, surrounded by 200 of their closest friends and family.
Showing off the beautiful sparkler, Kathryn revealed the sentimental reason behind her choice of jewellery, as one is for their daughter Ellie.
“We both got our rings in Paul Sheeran’s,” she said.
“I went for a stacked look, just because of the shape of my engagement ring.
“The wedding ring is the one on the inside, and the outside one is for Ellie.”
For the big day itself, Kathryn wore not one, but two bespoke gowns.
During the ceremony, Kathryn donned a beautiful, backless gown designed by Umit Kutluk.

Speaking exclusively to VIP Magazine, she said, “I wanted something really simple, with a really dramatic back and a giant oversized bow.
“I wanted pockets. I didn’t want anything shiny, any lace, any diamanté, any adornments. I wanted simple and pared-back, a sort of architectural look. I absolutely loved it.”
Later on, the bride changed into a floral number, by Helen Cody, who also designed baby Ellie’s dress.

“It was such a work of art,” she beamed.
“I wanted something I could dance in and move around in. I loved the lace, I loved how light it was, and again, I loved the pockets.”
