Actress Charlene McKenna reveals that her friends threw her a party following her recent exciting news.
The star got engagement to former Ripper Street costar Adam Rothernberg last month.
Pals including actress Aoibhínn McGinnity as well as Michelle Magennis and Briona Rolfe treated to soon-to-be-bride with a champagne-filled lunch at Isabelles in Dublin.
“When your friends throw you an engagement brunch and you think you’re DEF the Carrie, but in fact you’re just a ham with a helium ring balloon on your head!!!” she joked.
The Raw star took to Instagram to announce the exciting news in March.
In an adorable photo of the pair, Charlene can be seen sporting a beautiful sparkling ring.
