And it’s launching this Saturday 28th September!
Champagne Cha Cha will be a monthly event, held on the last Saturday of each month, with a menu specially curated for you.
Try exquisite plates like Chef Ross Bryans’ Twisted Turkish-inspired Eggs, Babka French toast, Crème Brûlée fig pancakes, or a Fried chicken and waffle sandwich, while sipping on a sophisticated cocktail from mixologist Milan Ormanovic.
The Collins Club’s drinks menu is a gorgeous mix of tradition and innovation, and includes delectable mixes like ‘peach’, a bubbly twist on the classic bellini, ‘maracuya’ a vibrant rendition of the classic pornstar martini, and ‘padron pepper’, the venue’s twist on a spicy margarita.
Brunch lovers will also be treated to a steady flow of champagne cocktails from the Champagne & Martini Trolley, while some jazz and soul music plays in the background.

Launching this weekend on September 28 and located on the ground floor of The Leinster, Champagne Cha Cha is the perfect way to make your Saturday afternoon that little bit more special.
