Bridal beauty: All the products used to create Terrie McEvoy’s stunning wedding look

Terrie McEvoy was an absolute vision as she wed long-term love David Fitzpatrick, during a romantic sea-side ceremony in Portugal.

The happy couple tied the knot in Monte Seco, Faro, surrounded by their nearest and dearest and while David looked handsome as ever, all eyes were on the beautiful bride.

For the occasion, Terrie stunned in a fitted, white frock with elaborate lace detailing, and her elegant hairstyle and timeless make-up tied the whole look together seamlessly.

The Irish influencer started her bridal beauty prep months in advance, ensuring her skin was in tip-top condition for the wedding, sticking to a strict skincare routine, drinking lots of water and eating plenty of fruit and veg for optimum hydration. Read more on that here.

As the big day finally arrived, Terrie and her good friend, make-up artist Aideen Kate, worked together to create the perfect look.

“We really wanted that soft, glam vibe,” Terrie told VIP Magazine. “I just really wanted to look like myself on the day – but polished.”

Using the reliable products that take pride-of-place in her make-up bag, Terrie stunned as she walked down the aisle – and here’s how you can recreate the look at home.

Face

The most important thing for Terrie, was that her skin looked fresh and dewy with a gorgeous glow on the day of her wedding. And to say she achieved that, would be an understatement.

“I feel like I know my skin so well and exactly how and where I like the product to sit so it made sense that I worked on this part myself,” she told us.

“Aideen totally understood and was there on standby incase I got nervous, which was an amazing comfort on the morning.”

For this look, Terrie used her own tan, Bahama Body, in shade Dark all over her body and face to give an even colour.

To ensure the make-up stayed in place all day, Terrie went in with Cover FX Pore Minimiser Primer, before adding Makeup Forever HD Foundation in shade Y365. She applied Catrice’s concealer in shade Honey to cover any imperfections, before setting the look.

She went in with Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer to contour, before using Tarte’s Rainforest Of The Sea palette for highlight. Finishing up the base, Terrie added a sweep of Milani Baked Blush from Cloud 10 in shade Luminoso to make her cheeks pop.

Eyes

Keeping the look soft and subtle, Aideen used an array brown and golden shades across the eyes, using the ABH Jackie Aina palette, NARS Summer Lights palette and Morphe Bronzed Goals palette.

Before applying shimmery tones to the inner corners of the eyes, Aideen used a Charlotte Tilbury cream shadow to hold it in place, and then went in with some eyeliner and lashes to frame her peepers.

“For the look itself we wanted it to be glam but smoked out softly,” Terrie told us.

“Aideen smoked out my winged liner with some neutral browns to make it look softer rather than that harsh winged liner look, which I feel really worked well.

“The lashes we used were the SOSU ones in GiGi and we cut quite a bit from the corner so they weren’t too ‘fake’ looking.”

Lips

Finishing off the entire look, Terrie went for a soft, nude lip, with a hint of pink.
