Brendan O’Carroll has splashed the cash in order to bring the cast of Mrs Brown’s Boys to the IFTA’s tomorrow evening.
The Dubliner forked out €2,500, so that the cast could enjoy the lavish awards ceremony.
Mrs Brown’s Boys have been nominated for a series of gongs, so they want to be at the event, incase they win big.
Rory Cowan told The Sun, “We can afford it, but I feel sorry for the shows that want to bring all their cast but can’t afford it.

“We are paying. If it was just Brendan and (wife) Jenny going, you wouldn’t need to pay. But if ten or 12 of the cast are going, you need a table which includes dinner and you have to pay for a table.”
The awards will take place at Dublin’s Double Tree Hotel tomorrow evening, and will be air on TV3 this Sunday at 10pm.
