Bottles of water sold across Ireland have been urgently recalled due to safety concerns.
The Food Safety Authority has called for the products in question to be returned immediately, as a higher than normal level of arsenic had been found.
The public are being advised not to drink the 750ml SPAR Water Still Sport bottle and Londis’ Water Still 1 litre product.

“As a precautionary measure, BWG Foods is withdrawing a batch of SPAR Water Still Sport- 750ml and Londis Water Still – 1 litre due to the presence of arsenic above normal levels,” the FSA said in a statement.
“Consumption of the product does not cause any immediate or on-going risk.”
