Bonnie Ryan has shared a look into her wedding day.
From the venue, to the rings, and even the second dress. Bonnie has documented her journey down the aisle since she and long-term partner John got engaged in November 2019.
After much anticipation, the big day finally came. Yesterday the pair said “I do” in a romantic Italian ceremony surrounded by friends and family, in the same chapel where Bonnie’s sister Lottie married five years ago.
For their big day Bonnie donned a stunning off-the-shoulder mermaid gown, with a lace bodice, and statement balloon sleeves. She completed her look with a dramatic veil, featuring delicate lace details at the edge. While John opted for a sleek black suit.
Now, reflecting on their perfect day yesterday, Bonnie has shared a little behind-the-scenes look from her big day. First, Bonnie showed off the location. With a stunning backdrop of mountains, Bonnie and co ate, drank, and danced the night away in an outdoor venue decorated with white flowers.
Bonnie also showed off her and her husband’s rings. A stunning silver diamond band for Bonnie and a classic gold cut band for her husband John. She also shared that she had a second dress for the night, one she could kick back and dance the night away in.
Sharing a snap of the dress, the simple white silk maxi had a low cut back and bow detail on the shoulders. Bonnie’s bridal team wore a similar dress to her evening gown, white silk asymmetrical maxi dresses styled with white strappy sandals and flower bouquets.
Chatting recently to VIP Magazine about her dress, she said that she instantly knew it was the one.
“When I put it on, I felt really special and comfortable. I tried on about six others that day because I wanted to be 100 percent sure, but nothing felt the way my one did.”
