Bonnie Ryan is opening up to followers, sharing her struggles with anxiety.
The make-up artist was chatting with followers when she was asked: “How are you? How is life going for you [right] now?”
Answering, Bonnie confessed she was dealing with a lot the past few months, which had caused panic attacks and disrupted her sleep.
Writing: “Thank you for asking! I’m really good! The last few months my anxiety wasn’t great and I get panic attacks and wasn’t sleeping.”
But the 30-year-old reassured fans she was doing much better, and looking forward to some upcoming projects.
“I’ve really got back to myself in the last few weeks, feeling so good, so excited about this year and everything I’m doing. Taking time to really let set in how lucky I am for all the things happening at the moment (can’t wait for you to see).”
“So ye I’m really good right now and life honestly couldn’t be any better and I’m so happy to say that!,” the Dubliner said.
Bonnie also sent well wishes to followers, who may be going through something similar. Writing: “Sending love to anyone who’s in a slump and still showing up everyday! You’ll be ok.”
Elsewhere in the Q and A, Bonnie teased a return to her YouTube channel.
When asked by a fan: “Are you still doing YouTube? I love your vlogs”
To which the beauty guru replied: “I love vlogs so much, but they take a HUGE amount of time to film & edit on top of everything else But if people really enjoy them I’m going try and get one up maybe every fort night? Let me know.”
