Baz Ashmawy has shared a heartfelt tribute to his stepdaughter Amelia on her 16th birthday.
Revealing his utter adoration for the teen, Baz admits it’s been a joy to watch her grow up into the brilliantly bright young woman she is now.
Alongside a picture of the pair, he wrote, “I’m very proud of you Amelia. I’m proud of the woman you’re becoming.
“I’m really proud you’re embracing your talents and working hard. I’m proud of everything about you. I love you very much.”
As everyone’s in isolation, Amelia celebrated the occasion with her family at home.
Baz said, “I know this probably inset the way you envisioned it, trapped at home with me, mum and your younger sisters, but you’ll get to celebrate with your mates again soon.”
The presenter shares two children, Hanna and Mahy, with his partner Tanja Evans, and is stepfather to Charlotte, Harry, Jake and Amelia.
