Gerald Kean has denied rumours that he may be back with Lisa Murphy after the pair were spotted out and about together.
The pair enjoyed a cosy lunch together recently, but Gerald says it was simply as friends.
“The sight of Gerald and Lisa together at a table turned every head in Dax,” an insider told The Sun.
“They had asked for a quiet table in the corner but the place was packed and they quickly became the centre of attention with people wondering if they were back together.”
The solicitor denied any claims of a rekindled romance, telling Independent.ie, “I can categorically say that Lisa and I are not together, we’re not a couple.
“We remain friends, we go for drinks and lunch every now and again as we’re on great terms but we’re not in a relationship. I have the utmost respect for Lisa.”
Following their break-up last year, Lisa told VIP Magazine that she held no grudges over their split.
“I don’t have any bad feelings about any of my relationships,” she said.
“They were important times in my life, great experiences and I don’t do regrets. I believe everything happens for a reason and people are brought together for a reason.
“I don’t look back negatively on any of my boyfriends. To be honest, I’m a very private person and I’m always in good form. I don’t do negativity.”
