Arctic Monkeys announce new Irish dates following Marley Park summer cancellation

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for.

Arctic Monkeys has announced four new Irish dates to finish their current tour, following the cancellation of their Marlay Park gig in June earlier this year.

While Miles Kane will make an appearance as the band’s special guest.

Yes, many fans were left devasted when lead singer Alex Turner revealed that he was suffering from laryngitis and as a result, would not be able to play the band’s scheduled gig.

However, much to everyone’s delight, the Indie Rockers will now be returning to Ireland in October where they will play three nights at the 3Arena in Dublin and one in the SSE Arena in Belfast.

The new dates are October 15, 17 and 19 for the 3Arena, and October 16 for the SSE Arena.

Previous ticket holders for the cancelled Marley Park gig will be sent a unique access code giving them 72-hour priority pre-sale access starting at 9am on Friday, August 25, to buy tickets.

While all remaining tickets will go on sale at 9am on Tuesday, August 29.

Prices have yet to be revealed.
