It’s been just over a week since Anna Geary welcomed the birth of her first child with her husband, Kevin Sexton.
Taking to Instagram to share the wonderful news, Anna wrote: “Welcome to the world, Ronan Sexton. 01/08/2023.”
Now, the former Ireland’s Fittest Family coach has shared the sweet moment her newborn son was introduced to his grandmother.
“When Ronan met Nana, episode 1 #threegenerations,” Anna wrote alongside a photo of her mother cradling baby Ronan.
Friends and followers alike soon flocked to the comment section to share their adoration with one writing: “Gorgeous. Nana looking proud as punch.”
“Precious moments to cherish, congratulations and enjoy,” expressed another.
While one pal commented: “Aww gorgeous pics. Can’t wait to call up soon for a cuddle off him.”

Proud parents, Anna and Kevin brought their son home from the hospital over the weekend, a day which fell on the anniversary of another proud day in Anna’s life.
Sharing a photo of her baby son alongside a snap of her with her 2003 camogie team, Anna wrote: “Almost 20 years between these 2 significant days in my life. August 2003-August 2023.”
“I captained the Cork minor Camogie team to win the All Ireland back in August 2003. (Minor was u16 back then- I don’t want to be putting years on myself).
“The following week I was invited to join the Cork Senior squad, and the rest, as they say, is history.”
