Slowly but surely, more and more people are going back to work, rather than working from their homes five days a week. Amy Huberman is one of those people, and she took to Instagram to share her excitement, explaining that she’s “full of chuftness”.
Sharing a behind the scenes pic of herself while on a lunch break from filming, Amy wrote, “Face full of chuftness coz I left the house and did some acting stuff today”.
She continued, “and someone coiffed my hair and lashed makeup on my face and gave me this lunch that wasn’t the same lunch I’ve made for the last year and I chatted to OTHER people (wtf?) and it was so lovely to be on set again & it’s been fecking ages so I was like an over stimulated kid leaving a party high as a 🪁 & then came home and felt 🤢and had to lie on the cold tiles and ask the gardener for some potatoes. The end.”
Friends and followers flocked to the comments, with some saying they were jealous of her being out and about, while others agreed with the exhaustion that comes from what was once a normal workday.
This comes after Amy recently opened up about giving herself a “free pass” when it comes to not being productive over the past few months, something that we could all take note of.
“With the kids at home and schools are closed and everything, I have never been less productive, which in a weird way was nice at the beginning.
“I kind of gave myself a free pass because you are conditioned as an actor and a writer to constantly be going, ‘I need to keep working and create this.’ But everything was out of my control, I couldn’t write. I was in a creative sinkhole.”
