Amy Huberman enjoyed a sunny staycation this bank holiday weekend, and being relatable as ever, she brought her 448k Instagram followers along with her.
With this, the first holiday she and husband Brian have had as a family of 5 since the arrival of their baby Ted who was born earlier this year. Amy and co headed to sunny Wexford to enjoy a few days of sunshine and relaxation.
With the country now slowly beginning to reopen, not only did Amy and Brian pack up for themselves and their three kids, Sadie, Billie, and Ted, but their beloved dog Phoebe hit the road along with them too. Joking about how stressful the prep for the weekend was, Amy joked:
“The face the of a woman, refusing to be held accountable for forgetting to pack almost ALL of the basic necessities needed for the entire family and the dog but managed to remember her Ravello dress designed by her gorgeous friend Ingrid Hoey”

Sharing a number of stunning snaps of herself and a friend seaside, one picture showed Amy frantically trying to close a child’s pop-up tent, with the hilarious caption:
“No no guys I got this
Just proving you don’t need a combined undergraduate degree in engineering with a PHD in quantum physics to collapse, refold and pack away a pop up fold down mini sun tent yolk.
Easy peasy.
Done. 👌😐”

While the folding down of tents may have been stressful for the 42-year-old, at least she looked stunning while doing it, in a billowing red gingham dress and chunky cream sandals to match.
Staycationing has never looked so good!
