Amy Huberman has shared with her followers a “special gift” she received from her late father.
Amy’s father Harold, sadly passed away in 2022.
He had been in the care of a nursing home in the last number of years before his passing following on from his diagnosis with Parkinson’s disease.
Harold had been a former fashion designer back in the day and was known for his beautifully designed coats.

Taking to Instagram, Amy shared that she recently came into possession of one of his signature designs.
“Another of my Dad’s gorgeous coats has found its way to me. What a special gift,” she began.
“I have three now and I honestly treasure them so much. I’m not sure when this was made but perhaps the 90’s.
“I love that Dad designed this coat and sent it out into the world for someone to wear and love,” she added.
“To weddings, concerts, sides of pitches, chats over coffees, heading out to parties, strewn over bannisters, on trips to airports to travel to wherever, or on the way to visit loved ones, in arguments and make-ups.
“The little bits of life lived in a coat. And now it’s here with me as its new custodian for more adventures.
“And I love that a little piece of what Dad loved so much lives on .”
What a wonderful gift indeed!
