Maura Higgins is back in the Love Island villa!
No, not as a contestant, the Longford woman has been staying in Fiji working as a social ambassador for Love Island USA. She has been keeping fans updated on the Love Island USA social media accounts, interviewing islanders and special guest, giving recaps, and introducing new bombshells.
But last night Maura made her debut in the USA edition’s villa, hosting a challenge for the islanders.
While it might be the American version, even they knew what a legend Maura was, as the villa erupted with excitement during her entrance.
Upon walking in, Maura was greeted with screams and cheers. One islander said: “We love you, you’re the bombshell of all bombshells.” While another exclaimed: “Oh my gosh, Maura from Love Island UK is f*cking here! Ahhh.” Someone else told the camera: “Maura f*cking Higgins is in the house.”
And it wasn’t just the islanders who loved Maura, as the American audience was also taken with the reality star.
