Alesha Dixon has revealed the top fitness tips that she swears by when it comes to the colder months.
The Dance Dance Dance presenter has recently launched The Alesha Edit – with Regatta Great Outdoors, and we’re loving her stylish picks for the perfect winter coat!
While keeping up with her busy career, Alesha reveals the tips she sticks to to keep herself fit and healthy.
“I usually work out three times a week at home doing body conditioning,” the singer admitted.
“I’m fortunate enough to be able to fit exercise around my work and busy schedule.
“My top tip for anyone out there in to just do something, what you can, when you can, even if you can only grab ten minutes to yourself get out in the fresh air and go for a quick walk.”

Alesha opened up about what fashion means to her as she, and how she kept it close to her heart when choosing her new edit.
“I love experimenting with fashion and I love feeling good in what I wear, whether it’s the glam of the red carpet or doing the school run in a top knot and jeans, ” she said while speaking of her exclusive new collection.
“With my edit for Regatta, I wanted to give a sense of style for those days when we’re all just enjoying ourselves – or like me, running around trying to get everything done.
“The six pieces fuse my adventurous side with my love of fashion and looking good and most importantly feeling good while having fun – that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?
