AJ and Curtis Pritchard made their acting debut on Hollyoaks earlier this month, and while it didn’t go down well with viewers across Ireland and the UK, they won’t allow any negativity impact their dreams of an acting career.
No strangers to our tv screens, the brothers have dabbled in quite a few reality shows, including Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing with the Stars, Love Island, Celebs Go Dating and I’m A Celeb, however, recently decided to go down the professional acting route instead.
The brothers made their debut on Hollyoaks as brothers Marco and Jacob, but despite their best efforts, viewers found the whole thing rather cringey.
Curtis admits the less than impressive reviews went over their heads, and they weren’t aware of any negative comments.
“Up to this moment I felt absolutely nothing about it because I hadn’t realised anybody had said anything,” he told OK Magazine.
AJ also revealed he doesn’t pay any attention, adding “I’ve learned to go for the positives and not the negatives.
“If someone’s got constructive criticism, 100 per cent that’s great, but if it’s just negativity then it’s not something I’m going to waste my energy and time on that.”
Could this be the start of a new career for the lads? The jury is still out.
