A massive congratulations is in order for Sculpted by Aimee owner, Aimee Connolly as she tied the knot with her long-term partner, John Greene.
The pair were the picture of love as they said “I do”.
In a catch-up with VIP earlier this year, Aimee joked about “neglecting” her planning but from what we can see now she did a stunning job.
Set in picturesque Chateau de Varennes the pair were joined by family and friends as Aimee was walked down the aisle by her mum to meet John at the alter. Giving followers a glimpse at her big day, the makeup guru shared her wedding photos online. Writing: “Best day ever”
Aimee was a beautiful bride in strapless silk gown with a statement train. While John looked dapper in a black suit.
The pair got engaged in July of last year while on a trip to Tulum in Mexico. They have been together since their college days, meeting during Aimee’s final year of university.
The business woman previously told us at VIP Magazine: “I have been with John since before the brand was born; I met him in my final year of college…so he’s actually been there for the whole journey.”
“I think it is so important when you work for yourself and take these risks that you’re with someone who believes in what you’re doing and believes in what you’re capable of.”
“It means you never meet that barrier of ‘Oh, do you think that’s a good idea?’ It’s literally just ‘Yep if you believe in it, let’s go for it.’ That’s been so important as well.”
Joining Amy and John to celebrate their big day were plenty of familiar faces, such as comedian James Patrice.
Sharing a snap from the pre-wedding celebrations, he wrote: “One more sleep until ‘I Do’ doll. Howaya Aimee and John.”
Stylist Clémentine MacNeice was also in attendance, saying: “The night before with our beautiful bride.”
The newlyweds received plenty of congratulations in the comment section.
