Matt Cooper has revealed that she’s quitting The Tonight Show after four years, after co-hosting the popular Virgin Media One show since 2017.
Matt, who also presents The Last Word on Today FM from 4:30pm each weekday, revealed he’s quitting The Tonight Show to “enjoy more flexibility in the evenings”.
Taking to Twitter to share the news, he wrote, “Holidays have confirmed it for me. Need to reduce the working hours a bit, enjoy more flexibility in the evenings after The Last Word on Today FM finishes at 7pm.
“So not returning to #tonightvmtv Have enjoyed the last four years greatly and thanks to all at @VirginMedia_TV.”
He added, “I will be working on other TV projects so you may see as well as hear me again soon.”
