The Late Late Show star Adam King has received an incredible standing ovation as he and his family attended an Aslan concert in Kerry last week.
Six year old Adam went viral after his appearance on the Late Late Toy Show, stealing the show and the hearts of the nation. Since then, the public have been showing their appreciation for the little boy, with last week no different.
Adam’s family shared footage of the event to social media on the Adam King Adventures account on Twitter.
We had the most amazing time in Killarney this week! Thanks to all the places and people who made the experience unforgettable for the kids, and big thanks @OfficialAslan for the love yesterday evening when we popped in for a few songs!

Adam’s dad tweeted: “Thanks to all the places and people who made the experience unforgettable for the kids.”
Adam is well known for his “virtual hugs” and even got a letter from President Joe Biden thanking Adam for raising spirits during the global pandemic.
Adam’s virtual hugs idea was so popular that it even made it all the way to outer space. It all started with a drawing of a virtual hug that he gave to Ryan Tubridy and it has been made into cards.
Adam’s dad shared footage of this amazing event aboard the Virgin Galactic as it launched into space.
He said: “When Adam appeared on the #LateLateToyShow, his message connected with people around the world, and none more than the Irish abroad.”
“Adam always said his virtual hug was for everyone, and now more than ever that sentiment has been given meaning. #adamvirtualhug has flown above us all, connecting everyone to a little part of space and the power of kindness.”
Adam’s ovation couldn’t be any more well deserved, and we can’t wait to see what he gets up to next!
