From his favourite show to his guilty pleasure, his proudest moment to his most embarrassing one, here, we spend ten minutes with chef Nico Reynolds to get to know him a little better.
What were you doing last night?
Staying up past my bedtime eating chilli fried prawns and pints of Guinness.
What’s on your tv series link?
It’s Alway Sunny, Succession and South Park. It takes something really worth watching to get me to sit down.
What’s your takeaway of choice?
I will always give a Chargrilled Mixed Kebab a good home any time of the day.

Who’s your broadcasting hero?
Dave Allen. He had the most remarkable talent to bring you into every single step of a story he weaves.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Cheesy and poorly produced movies with bad acting and no coherent plot.
Is there a question you hate being asked?
“What do you do?” I don’t know if it’s me but it alway seems like a loaded question.
What’s been your most embarrassing moment on air or in public?
I broke a blender on my first time on TV, no quicker way for panic to set in and stumble over your words.

Is there a motto or piece of advice that you live by?
“There are no solutions only trade offs.” In a world were everyone demands perfect and tightly wrapped answers, everyone forgets you have to give something up.
Tell us a secret about yourself.
Hmmmm…
What’s been your proudest moment so far?
The completion of filming the first series of All Fired Up was pretty special. Never really thought about it before, but it’s nice to have people believe in you.
