From her favourite show to her guilty pleasure, her proudest moment to her most embarrassing one, here, we spend ten minutes with Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph from Below Deck Down Under, to get to know her a little better!

What were you doing last night?
Well I was watching Below Deck with the entire crew at the dock bar here in West Palm Beach. I was working in the morning, we’re fully in that at the moment so it’s busy, busy, busy.

What else is on your tv series link?
A worrying amount of true crime!! I’m not sure how healthy it is, but I watch a lot of it and it helps me drift off to sleep in the evenings.

What’s your takeaway of choice?
An Indian takeaway, every time. I always get a saag paneer, some pilau rice, naan and loads of raita sauce with about 20 poppadoms!

Who’s your broadcasting hero?
I’m really digging Andy Cohen at the moment!

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Probably getting my nails done too much.

Is there a question you hate being asked?
I know it’s my job, but I hate when people ask what’s my favourite dish to make because I enjoy making so much. You can’t narrow it down to one dish and everyone asks me.

What’s been your most embarrassing moment on air or in public?
Oh I’ve definitely had embarrassing moments in public, I’m very clumsy. I was walking along Birmingham high street and there was a group of guys walking opposite me so I checked myself in the Tesco window and turned back to see if they were checking me out and do you know those huge bins outside supermarkets? Well I walked straight into it and knocked myself out. They had to run and help me up. I limped around the corner!

Is there a motto or piece of advice that you live by?
Time is the best healer and time changes everything.

Tell us a secret about yourself.
A few lovers know about this from my past, but I love eating in bed and will set up a full picnic. I’ll put a blanket on the top of my bed, set up a movie and it’s one of my favourite things to do; bed picnics.

What’s been your proudest moment so far?
To tell the truth, it’s 100 percent Below Deck. I’d have never thought I’d get an opportunity like this in my life. It was the hardest and best thing I’ve ever done, and I’m so proud.

Stream Below Deck on Hayu now.
