Following the success of her first book, Eat Yourself Beautiful, Rosanna Davison is releasing a follow up called Eat Yourself Fit this autumn.
The nutritional therapist has unveiled the cover of the book, and couldn’t be more proud of it.
Speaking to VIP Magazine recently, Rosanna said, “It’s being launched in early September.
“Again, it’s got loads about nutrition and recipes, but this one more focused around fitness and food.
“There’s practical tips for busy people, on to feel their best and feel confident in themselves.
“There are tips on how to make the best of your workout, what to eat before a workout, and what to eat after, as well as how to maximize your energy.
“There’ll be lifestyle tips, some bits on how to beat food cravings, what happens when you get a food craving and what it means.
“It’s all about feeling your best.
“If you want to lose body fat, there’s a seven day plan you can follow. It’s just really practical.”
Following the launch of her book later this year, the best selling author will be running a number of workshops around Ireland.
She said, “To tie in with the book, I’m organising a series of workshops starting in early September.
“They’ll run throughout the autumn. They’ll be taking place in Dublin, and hopefully a few other places around the country. “
It’s a hugely exciting time for her.
