Brian McFadden has reached out to his ex-wife Kerry Katona, and is trying to support her following her break-up from George Kay.
It was alleged earlier this month that a fight broke out between Kerry and George in their family home, and shortly afterwards she announced their split.
A spokesperson for the Atomic Kitten star said, “It is with deep sadness that Kerry announces the end of her marriage to George Kay. Her focus now will be on her gorgeous children.”
Brian admitted that his former wife is finding her latest break-up tough and is ‘very upset’, and despite their ups and downs, he’s offered her a shoulder to cry on if she needs it.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Brian said, “I’ve told her that I’m there if she needs me.”
The former Westlife star has taken his daughters Molly and Lilly-Sue back to his house to give Kerry some time to herself, and has also offered to look after her other three children Max, Dylan and Heidi.
“Molly and Lilly are spending a bit of time at mine at the moment but I’ve said that I’ll look after all her kids if she needed a bit of a break,” he said.
During their time at the house, the kids have been hanging out with his other ex-wife, Vogue Williams posing for fun Snapchats – possibly trying to get their minds off the difficult situation.
