Suzanne Jackson has taken to social media to pay tribute to her grandmother, who passed away on Wednesday.
The top blogger wrote an emotional post about their close bond on Instagram along with some photos.
Sue explained that she has visited her nanny just last week and got a chance to say goodbye.
Along with the quote she said: “Last Wednesday myself and my dad visited my nanny Jackson in the nursing home.
“As usual when I put my hands on hers and said “hiya nanny”, she would instantly take my hands in hers and say “oh your poor hands are so cold” and she would try warm them while kissing them gently.”
She opened up about her grandmothers kind nature, and protective nature.
“Even in her weaker days (and aged 94), she would still try to protect me, and ensure I was always warm and content. That was the last day I spent with her and I secretly said my goodbyes as I knew the time was coming.
“Last night my beautiful Nanny Jackson departed our world for the next, and were all heartbroken. She was one in a million. RIP nanny Jackson, we all love you deeply.”
She also shared a photo of her nanny with sue’s father Damien.
