Jodi Albert and Kian Egan have been gushing about the arrival of their little baby boy, Zeke.
The pair have been taking to social media to share their delight at the birth of their new son, which made them parents for the second time.
Jodi first announced their news on Twitter saying “Well my angel sent from heaven has arrived..21/5/15 and Koa is a big brother to a beautiful lil bro.”
And the former Hollyoaks star has again tweeted about their new bundle of joy, “Thank u so much to everyone congratulating us on the arrival of our little angel baby Zeke. He is such a blessing! We can’t stop kissing him.”
Earlier this year, the singer lost her mother Eileen to an eight year battle with cancer, and poignantly, Zeke was born on the same day that his grandmother was.
Kian first shared the news on Facebook about their new arrival writing, “Koa got his wish when his baby brother Zeke was born this morning at 7.49am weight 7lb 13oz.”
“Sharing the same birthday as Jodi’s mum Eileen, the 21st May. Both Jodi and Zeke are doing great. We are all so happy and so in love with him x”, he added.
The former Westlife star also revealed on social media the meaning behind his son’s unusual name,
“Meaning of the name Zeke is: God strengthens, or may God strengthen.”
