Lover of all things beauty? There’s no denying that a good skincare base is the perfect way to keep your makeup looking fresh and glowy as well as lasting all day!

With skincare becoming such a huge part of our beauty routine, why not keep ahead of the game and stay up to date on what you should be using on your face!

We caught up with beauty expert Neelu White, who gave us her top tips on getting the perfect skincare routine down to a tee.

“Use a gentle cleanser like Le Mieux Gentle Exfoliating Gel twice daily,” says Neelu.

“This oil-free, deep pore cleanser is infused with salicylic and lactic acids to help minimize clogged pores, reduce blemishes, and prevent new breakouts by eliminating excess oil and dead skin cells.

“Exfoliation is one of the most important skin care steps for oily skin. Oily skin tends to have an extra thick coat of built-up dead skin on the surface, along with a thickened pore lining.

“At night, choose a feather-light but exceptionally effective hydrating skin-renewing serum or gel like the O2 Calming Gel that is free of pore-clogging ingredients while giving your skin the essential antioxidants and skin-replenishing ingredients it needs to look as healthy and revived as possible.

“I am also getting great results from LED light treatment to dry up oily skin using light technology. Blue LED light works to kill a major trigger of acne pimples while calming skin at the same time. There’s also research showing it can diminish oily skin.”
