This 4 ingredient champagne sorbet is perfect for the summer sunshine

Whether you have a garden party or a BBQ or you just love sweet treats, we have the perfect recipe for you.

This incredible easy champagne sorbet from Siucra is perfect for the sunshine and tastes amazing.

Best of all, it’s just four ingredients.

What you need:

  • 1 sheet of gelatine
  • 60g Siucra Icing Sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 ml sparkling wine

Method:

Soak the gelatine sheet in cold water.

Dissolve the icing sugar in the water and bring to the boil. Remove from the hob, squeeze the water the gelatine sheet and add it to the pan while stirring.

Fold in the sparkling wine and pour into four small tins.

Cover with aluminium foil and put down the spoon. Place in the freezer.

Siucra also recommends it is served with this delicious raspberry sauce.

For the Raspberry sauce, you will need:

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 60g Siucra Icing Sugar
  • 50 g white chocolate, chopped

Method:

Bring the frozen raspberries to the boil and leave to cool.

Mix the raspberries with the icing sugar and press through a fine-mesh sieve.

Serve the champagne sorbet with the raspberry sauce and chopped white chocolate.
