This award went to Joanna Cooper, who was up against Shona Guerin, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Ellen Keane, Remy Naidoo, Cliona Hagan, Lynn Rafferty and Nadine Reid.
Speaking of the win, she said, “I didn’t expect that at all. Honestly, I didn’t expect to win that – and it’s my first time here!”
