Days after the split, the rugby buff shared a picture from inside a gym, speaking about his ‘next chapter’, and soon after, Una removed almost all traces of Ben from her Instagram account.
Despite this, Ben is still trying to keep up with her life, liking almost every picture she uploads, including a recent one of her stunning new ‘do.
After they went their separate ways, Una decided it was time for a change, swapping her signature red hair for some luscious blonde locks.
The mum-of-two also decided to let loose over the weekend, enjoying a night out with her gal pals.
