Despite already gracing our screens as a Hollyoaks character, Keith Duffy’s son has only just graduated from secondary school.
Dubliner Jay completed his Leaving Cert in Belvedere College and mum Lisa took to Twitter to express her joy.
She posted a lovely snap of herself and Jay with the caption, “bursting with pride @jay_duffy96 graduated from Belvedere today. Well done darling.”
The rising star is Keith and Lisa’s eldest child and he’s already making a name for himself as an impressive young actor.
He first appeared on Hollyoaks as a guest for a six-week stint, but the producers were so impressed that they offered him a full time position.
He has now made a few appearances on the soap and said on The Late Late Show in 2012 that he would consider a permanent role after he completed his education in Dublin.
It seems the youngster has already developed a taste for the celebrity lifestyle and he was recently spotted rubbing shoulders with Fifty Shades hunk Jamie Dornan.
