Nicky Byrne has shared an emotional throwback picture with his dad, as he marks the ninth anniversary of his sad passing.
The RTE 2FM radio star, who will be going back on tour with Westlife next summer, took to Instagram to remember his dad Nicky Senior, who died suddenly back in 2009.
“We lost this legend 9years ago today, hard to believe,” the father of three captioned the shot of him with his father. “RIP dad.”
“He would be very proud of everything your doing and everything u have done,” one fan commented on the post, while another added “he will always be with you”
The sweet tribute comes as Nicky prepares for Westlife’s 20 year reunion tour, which his dad was always so proud of!
