Maura Higgins has stated that she will pack her bags and leave the Love Island villa if new love interest Curtis chooses to pursue Francesca.

Tonight’s episode will see yet another dramatic recouping. With the choice in the girls’ hands, the last boy not chosen to be in a couple will be sent packing.

Confident that he will not face the dumping is professional dancer Curtis, as both Maura and Francesca battle for his affections.

Grabbing Curtis for a chat following his date with Francesca, Maura is not overly pleased with what the 23-year-old had to say about their rendezvous.

Curtis tells Maura: “Yeah, she seems like a lovely young lady.

“It’ll be nice to get to know her. Is anything going to come of it? I don’t know.”

With the villa receiving news of the recouping taking place later that night, an anxious Maura confides in Molly-Mae, expressing her worries that a romance between Curtis and Francesca may be on the cards.

Threatening to leave the show she says: “If I choose to couple up with him and he still gets to know her, I swear to God I will pack my bags.”

Meanwhile Francesca is torn between choosing Marvin and Curtis to couple up with, telling the beach hut: “It’s so hard. I need to go with my gut on what feels right and who I think has the potential to make me the happiest person I can be.”

We wonder how this will go down?
