Maura Higgins has revealed she’s still keen to pursue Curtis Pritchard – even though both of them are coupled up with other Islanders.
Following his break-up with Amy Hart earlier this month, Maura confessed her feelings towards the dancer, and the pair have been getting to know each other ever since.
This week they shared a steamy kiss during the heart-race challenge, and while things seemed to be going well, new girl Francesca has since thrown a spanner in the works.
During last night’s recoupling, Francesca got in there before Maura, and chose Curtis as her partner, leaving Maura to couple up with Chris.
Looking visibly upset with what just happened, Maura said, “Tonight hasn’t gone the way I hoped.”
The Longford lass isn’t willing to let this be the end of her and Curtis, and taking him aside for her chat, made her feelings very clear.
In a preview of tonight’s episode, she can be seen saying, “Do you want to sneak into my bed when she falls asleep?”
