Maura Derrane is making the most of her summer break as she currently enjoys a stunning cruise.
The chat show host is set to return to the Today Show with Daithi O’Se next month and set off on a trip around the Greek Islands before she heads back to work.
The Inis Mor native has been sharing enviable snaps of her gorgeous trip about Greece and Italy.
The RTE star departed from Venice and headed to the likes of Dubrovnik in Croatia, Crete, Mykonos, Athens and Santorini.
Maura revealed that this trip with sister Rita is her first ever cruise and that she is a ‘cruise convert’.
She shared a stunning snap in Dubrovnik dressed in a white and blue striped guna, and revealed she’s a big GOT fan.
“I’m a huge #gameofthrones fan so I just had to stand on the steps #cerseilannister walked down in the famous ‘walk of shame’ scene in season 5. Dubrovnik is the setting for #kingslanding in the series. You can see why it was chosen, with its dramatic setting and beautiful buildings! Next stop the Greek island of #crete on my cruise with my sister Rita.” she said.
The 48-year-old revealed that the cruise is due to finish up soon.
“The only downside is I have to go on a serious diet before I go back to @rtetoday,” she joked, alongside a stunning snap of herself by the pool.
