We all know life can get hectic sometimes, and it’s important to take some time out and switch off from the world – well Monart is the perfect place to do this.
As soon as you enter the main door you are greeted with a warm welcome by all staff, and this helpful and happy attitude is adopted by all staff members at the spa who want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Phones are discouraged, newspapers are not to be taken past the main house and bathrobes are the fashion- all for your relaxing pleasure.
Once you get settled into your beautiful room which is surrounded by forest and stunning grounds, you can take your pick between unwinding in the thermal suites, one of the relaxation rooms or you can opt for a treatment (we went for the Tropical Renewal and it was amazing).
Also on offer is the gym, the walks around the grounds, and the main house where afternoon tea is served.
The dining options range between the garden lounge and the main restaurant – both of which serve delicious fresh food!
You can then retire to your room to continue the relaxation with a good night’s sleep in one of the most comfortable beds you will ever come across. The softness of the pillows alone is something to be experienced!
The only part of our stay that disappointed us was leaving Monart. When that kind of relaxation has been induced it’s tough to return to the hustle and bustle of real life, but at least you can return to your daily life refreshed.
We loved every minute of our stay and will most definitely be back.
