Jedward’s CBB housemate, Jamie O’Hara has sent them a message, after finding out their father is fighting for his life in hospital.
The Lucan twins were told that their father is in a critical condition upon leaving the Big Brother house on Friday night.
Their father, John Grimes has been in a seriously ill over the past week, but he insisted on not telling John or Edward, as he wanted them to enjoy the remainder of their time on the show.
“He insisted Edward and John must not be informed about his critical condition.” Jedward’s mum, Susan Condron told the Daily Star.
“He stated he would not jeopardise their chances of reaching the final as there would have been legions of disappointed fans.”
Professional football player Jamie O’Hara had a few run-ins with Jedward on the reality show, but it seems that he’s put any animosity he harboured for the boys behind him, as he’s reached out to them upon hearing the news about their father.
“I hope @planetjedward father makes a full recovery and the lads are ok.” he wrote on Twitter.
