James Patrice has shared an incredible transformation picture, showing off his new physique.
The social media sensation took part in Celebrity Operation Transformation earlier this year, and after losing an impressive 1st 5.5lbs, decided to continue on the programme in his own time.
Since the show, James is looking better and better each day, improving his overall health.
The Dubliner couldn’t be happier with his new look, saying, “Sure jaysus, I never thought I’d be one to do an aul transformation Tuesday pic, but here I am, the image of #fitfam Fidelma.
“The pic on the left was a backstage shot from Dancing with the Stars in March and the right was two weeks ago.
“Delira me diddies have gone down. I’m the same confident person in both, but sure I’ve a bit more pep in my step now.
“And gals, if anyone is feeling a bit rotted or down about their weight, just remember that the first step is admitting you want to do something about it.
“That’s honestly the hardest part. And sure once you’ve that done, just keep her feckin’ lit!”
