James Kavanagh has shared a horrific photo of injuries on social media.
The social media star took to Instagram to share a throwback of cuts and bruises all over his face.
The 28-year-old can also be holding crutches in the painful looking pic.
In the caption, James explained that the photo was from 8 years ago when he claimed to have fallen off a roof!
“Facebook memories are great. TB to when I fell off a 3 story roof in 2009. Deffo gonna record a video for my YouTube channel (which I’ll be putting live soon) explaining this eventful evening,” he said.
He added: “Fun fact: my left eyebrow bone is actually metal but it doesn’t go off in the airport #handy.”
Fans were both amused and concerned by the dramatic story.
