Glenda Gilson has opened up about the Xpose shake-up for this season.

The show has gone from five days down to three, which Glenda says is a good thing.

Speaking exclusively to VIP Magazine, the presenter admitted that she welcomed the change in scheduling.

“We’re delighted because now we can focus on it more,” she told VIP Magazine.

Only three presenters now host the show following Ruth O’Neill’s exit last year, and Glenda adds that the fewer days makes it easier to work with such a small team.

“We can consolidate our efforts too because there’s only three of us now. And, we’re back on TV3 from 3e, at 7.30pm, hammocked between Emerdale and Coronation Street. It’s all good. And a better work/life balance too.”

However, Glenda admitted that she has a strong work ethic and is always focused on finding the next story, and admitted that she is always looking for work.

“When I’m out on a Friday night I might be touting for an interview, when I’m watching tv I’m thinking of idea, you’re constantly on the go. Am I looking for other work? Always looking. It will give me time to do other things too, which is nice.”
