Gavin James had the perfect response to a woman who claimed he was the ‘rudest person’ she’s ever met.
The woman, named Teresa, said she met the singer in Eddie Rockets but said she was ‘so disappointed’ by the encounter.
“@gavinjames just met you in a chipper. Told him I went to see him years ago in Pepper Cannister Church. Rudest person I’ve ever met. #sodisappointed #uglyginger,” she said along with a photo of the singer and his friends..
Gavin had a different version of events however, and said that the woman called him names.
“When you call someone a “ginger dog” you can’t expect a nice reply,” he said alongside laughing emojis.
he added: “It’s nice to be nice Teresa,”
He also said he felt that her message was more reflecting of her than it was of him.
“Also your # says it all you are genuinely not very lovely.” he said.
Other fans jumped to Gavin’s defence adding that he was very friends when they had met him.
“I’m so sorry Gavin you deserve so much better. You’re genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met!” one person said.
Teresa has since deleted her tweet.
