Francis Brennan has revealed that he refuses to take selfies with his adoring fans.
The celebrity hotelier said that he gets a lot of attention while he’s at home and fans urging to take photos with him.
“I will be asked for a thousand pictures while I’m home,” he said.
“If I go into the lounge, it becomes a bit of a melee and they all jump up wanting photos and its a whole hoo-ha.
“So rather than get involved in that, I say to the bar man to tell them to see me in my office on the way out of the hotel.”
While the At Your Service star doesn’t mind interacting with fans, he does have one rule.
“I don’t do selfies,” he told the Daily Mail.
The 63-year-old claims he doesn’t trust fans not to edit the pictures in some way.
“I won’t do them. I thought when they started first that they were a gimmicky thing and I’d be photoshopped or something with a leprechaun hat, so I said I’d never do them.
“I’ll do a million pics straight, but no selfies.”
We’ll make sure to hand the camera to someone else if we ever want a picture with Francis then!
