This week saw the launch of brand new Dublin nail salon, Chipped, in Powerscourt Town Centre.
The new concept nail bar offers full nail treatments, including Shellac, Vinylux & gel extensions, and have a unique subscription system that allows you to pay by the month for multiple visits to the nail bar.
